Finding the right direction for your company in the vast landscape of employee wellness is a considerable task. Relevant, dynamic, effective, competitive, resolutive, ROI are just some of the measures and objectives that have to be achieved.
For your programme to meet its objectives it also needs to evolve and be responsive to ongoing developments and demands even during a programme cycle or financial year.
This event is for HR/OHS Managers, Partners and Directors responsible for Employee Health and Wellness. As well as providing an insightful update on the topic of Workplace Wellness generally, it is designed to underpin your strategic planning for your 2019 and onwards wellness programmes.
We discuss the perceptions, trends (both locally and overseas), inducements, obligations and budgetary limitations that influence the content and structure of workplace wellness programmes and demonstrate how best to align them with your organisation’s needs.
The key objective of the seminar is to initiate a clearly defined, balanced and identifiable framework for your 2019 or ongoing employee wellness initiatives, that facilitates meeting all of your organisations obligatory and bespoke criteria. It can also assist in any current review or enhancement process of existing programmes.
This is a small group presentation/open discussion, therefore only a limited number of places are available. It is not a sales presentation.
Presenter, Alison Babbage is a Wellness Consultant/Educator and Developmental Coach, with over 30 years' experience in the health and wellness fields.
